History:
When she was a child, her parents were very abusive. Physically, and even sexually. At age 12 she grew so afraid of them, she ran away from home. Kiara ended up in White Forest, deciding to remain there for the rest of her life. No one could touch her here, in any ways. It was safe, and the best place to make a new home. At least, so she thought.
It was hard to find food in the White Forest, making her almost starve to death. Until, a pink little baloon-like ball walked up to her. A Jiggilypuff. It was carrying a bunch of Oran Berries, offering them all to Kiara. She took them of coarse, happy as ever.
They ended up spending a lot of time together, becoming "survivalists" with each other.
When they heard noise from outside the White Forest, they hurried out to see what is was. All they saw, people in black robes, covering them head down. The next day she heard that people like them had been attacking the whole region, and that there was a place that was trying to stop them. So, she thought, "Hey? Maybe they offer a place to sleep, and food other then berries."
So they decided to go and try to join. They passed, of coarse, and grew very attached to the place. It wasn't just for food and shelter now. It was home, and their purpose for being.
Their dedication and help was what earned Kiara the Aqua Trackers' Leader rank. Ever since, she has taken it seriously with her newly evolved Wigglytuff.

Caring and always looking out for Kiara, Wigglytuff is the best pokemon Kiara could ask for. She is also protective, short-tempered, and has a bit of a multi-personality.
