With ranks you can enable new things such as evolution and admins.
To move up in rank you must prove yourself. By that, I mean use must have a certain amount of posts, be active, and participate in a certain amount of assignments. You also must complete a special test, but you won't know what you will have to do until the time comes.
Details about the ranks are shown below.
Trainer RanksBeginner RankBeginner rank does not offer too much. Really its just your starter rank. The only thing it comes with is a Pokémon and the honor of being in the League. Requirements: Activity: - Assignments: -
Amateur RankYou have proved yourself and moved up one rank, excellent. Amateur still does not offer you too much, but now you can take on harder assignments. Requirements: Activity: Inactive+ Assignments: 5+
Bronze RankLovely! You have made your way out of the more minor ranks. Now things will get a bit more exciting! Starting with the fact that you can now take part in big group assignments. Your old assignments were either done alone or with a partner, right? Well now you can work with groups of over 3 people! Which also means, harder assignments. Also, to add to this, you can now evolve your partner. Requirements: Activity: Semi-active+ Assignments: 8+
Silver RankYou sure are getting on up there, aren't you? Good to see! That means that you can evolve your Pokémon (if they can evolve again) and take on harder assignments. Requirements: Activity: Active+ Assignments: 15+
Gold RankOh gosh. You really made your way up. Know what that means? Well, I think you've earned yourself some admins. So now you can Sticky, Move, Delete, Modify, and Lock threads. Of coarse, this is a big thing to be trusted with. So if I don't think your worthy or trustworthy, you will not get these. But other then admins you can evolve your Pokémon for the final time (if they still can...) and again, take on harder assignments. Requirements: Activity: Over-Active+ Assignments: 28+
Top RankWoo hoo! Top Rank! The farthest you can go in the organization! Congratulations! Being Top Rank your top of the food chain! It could even lead you into being a staff member, so do your best! That being said, you can pretty much do anything as a Top Rank trainer... So do your best! Requirements: Activity: VERY-Active+ Assignments: 50+
Villain Ranks
Grunt The Grunt does not offer too much. Really its just your starter rank. The only thing it comes with is a Pokémon and the beginning of you mind-controlled journey.
Requirements: Activity: - Jobs: -
Admin You have proved yourself and moved up in rank, excellent! Being an admin lets your Pokémon finally evolve, and the other villains will start to get more reliable on you. Your jobs will be harder and you will be taking on my skillful trainers.
Requirements: Activity: Active+ Jobs: 15+
Leader Ah ha! The highest rank next to Boss. Now that your a leader, you will begin to get more social with your Boss (Giovanni, Archie, Maxie or Cyrus). Your jobs will be a ton harder, and you will get to lead groups of Grunts and Admins. Your Pokémon will also be able to evolve for the last time if they still can.
Requirements: Activity: Over-Active+ Jobs: 38+
G'luck!
